parent has significant role in their teenage girl obesity, because their girl
learns eating habits directly from them. If it is just the case, parent should

to boost your metabolism and burn your calorie through exercise. You do not
need to take heavy exercises and castigate yourself. All you need is to make

training. You can also choose one of these easy exercises, biking, running, and
swimming.
