Overweight parent have direct effect on teen’s obesity. Teen’s obesity can be a result of the habits learned from their parent. Parent do not only influence their teen's eating habits but also their overall health. When a teenager realizes about their appearance, it is the best time to lose her weight. Weight loss plan for teenage girls is much influenced by their motivation, healthy eating program, and eating habits. Performing these three items in sense of commitment will make teens lose their weight very effectively.

For those reasons, it is a good idea to direct the weight loss plan for teenage girls to the three main aspects; motivation, healthy eating program, improving eating habit.
  • Motivation
Motivation has a very crucial effect to make weight loss plan successful. Without strong motivation to do it, any diet plan will be messy and ending in failure and disappointment. The great motivation of a teenager to lose weight will occur when she get peer pressure at school. When her appearance makes her lose her self-confidence in front of her friends, she will get motivated to kick-start a health plan. It may not be enough; therefore parent needs to take part in this effort by supporting their teenage girl to have a diet.
  • Healthy Eating Program
Planning for healthy eating program for weight loss plan for teenage girls you should remember that it is different than one prepared for adults. Teenage and adult girls have difference pressures so that they need different eating program. A proper portion control will be the most important foundation of a healthy eating program. A teenage girl should keep away form off-limits eating. It means that she should always take a proper portion of meat and rice or pasta by considering the size of her stomach.
  • Improve Eating Habits

Teenage girl metabolism needs at least three meals a day to improve. She needs control the amount of liquid calories she has from sodas. It is the time for her to substitute soda with water. Water is not only good to improve metabolism but also good to dissolve hunger pangs.
